Ingredients
- 2 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 shallot, quartered (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed (optional)
- 1/2c extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1oz block feta
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- 10oz pasta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine all and season to taste.
- Place feta in mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Add cooked pasta to skillet; stir completely until combined.
